The IAPI Futureheads Forum will serve to bring you updates and insights from across our Futureheads Council, important news on our events and initiatives and a chance to get to know more about us and our work.
We will be posting every 6 weeks or so and to make sure you receive the comms, we’d encourage all under 30s who are employed in IAPI member agencies to sign up to our mailing list here.
Our first update is from me and on the topic of STEPS mentorship.
STEPS stands for:
Share, Teach, Elevate, Progress, and Support — core values that guide our mission to foster a culture of continuous growth and mutual development in our industry.
We are so proud of this initiative built by IAPI and The Marketing Society and it’s been so fulfilling getting to understand the experiences of the mentors and mentees from our inaugural year, from speaking to individuals during our recent coffee morning to reading through the feedback surveys completed.
As Futureheads Chair, I’m delighted to be launching Year 2 of the STEPS Mentorship programme, alongside Máire McCarron from Marketing Society, and to have the opportunity to welcome another cohort of mentors and mentees from across our industry. We’re excited to support and grow this key initiative and so there will be a few changes announced for the year ahead.
Keep an eye out for IAPI comms as Mentor & Mentee Applications will open next week on May 9th alongside further detail on entry guidelines, how the programme will look for the year ahead, key timings and next steps.
