Goosebump are extremely proud to partner with Certified Proud, the only certified accreditation membership body that strives towards LGBTQIA+ equality across businesses in Ireland, ensuring the safety of staff and comfort of customers, regardless of identity or sexual orientation. Certified Proud’s mission is to transform the experiences of LGBTQ+ people across businesses in the UK and Ireland.
Engaging with the incredible Certified Proud team Goosebump are exploring ways to become more visible as an agency, both internally and externally, with a view to position themselves as an industry leader for change. And given theyr're the first Creative Agency in Ireland to do this, that is something to be proud of, in fact it gives us Goosebumps.
In order to join, they have agreed to the Certified Proud Principles and pay an annual membership fee. In return, we receive training and guidance on how to be visibly inclusive, equal and safe. Each year, Certified Proud will conduct an audit to ensure that the Certified Proud Principles are being adhered to; Goosebump want all of their employees, customers, clients and the wider public to see that Goosebump are an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
Additionally, Certified Proud’s social enterprise model ensures that 40% of each membership fee will return to the LGBTQIA+ community through the Certified Proud Fund. Each year, the Certified Proud Fund will open to LGBTQIA+ charities, non-profit organisations and other projects. Through this, you can be sure the Certified Proud network is having the biggest social impact possible and Goosebump are thrilled to be a part of it.
