With the generous support of our bursary sponsor Diageo, we are thrilled to announce a terrific number of entries for the 2021 Female Futures Fund initiative. Nearly 60 entries were received by the closing date.
Given the significant changes to our working lives in the last 12 months, IAPI, in collaboration with Diageo, have designed the 2021 programme to broaden its’ reach through comprehensive group leadership coaching.
25 high potential women will be able to avail of the Female Futures Fund. The bursary will fund a group leadership coaching programme that encompasses a kick off meeting, followed by two workshop sessions facilitated by Danica Murphy with support from both IAPI and Diageo female leaders.
The judging process will now commence and will happen in two separate rounds. The panel is comprised of members of the IAPI Diversity & Inclusion Council, the IAPI executive and our two representatives from our sponsor Diageo.
Round 1
This review is to determine, out of all the submissions, who should be short-listed to receive the Group Coaching. Each member of the Review panel will be asked to go through a maximum of 22 applications. Each applicant will be reviewed by a panel of 4 judges. The submissions will be allocated so that no reviewer is assessing someone from their own agency or group.
Round 2
The final 25 will be selected by a smaller panel made up of Carol & Sian from Diageo, Charley in IAPI and Stha representing the D&I Council. This round is expected to be completed by the 20th of May and we are planning on announcing the 25 recipients of the Female Futures Fund bursary on Friday May 28th.
