eurobest will hold their Young Creative Integrated Competition 2021 virtually again this year and IAPI are delighted to put forward two teams that we hope will represent Ireland exceptionally well (having won a silver last year ably represented by Dean Ryan and Conor Cunniffe - we have high hopes for this year.)
This competition aims to keep the spirit of eurobest alive, giving young creatives a brilliant platform to showcase their talents.
Following a selection process with the IAPI Creative Council, the two teams selected are:
- Isabel Harvey & Ivona Poljak, BBDO Dublin
- Conor Marron & Roisin O'Mahony, Boys + Girls
The judges said of Isabel and Ivona; "Their video made me laugh and is a testament to how fun and creative they are. All their work is really strong conceptually, very varied and brimming with character. They’ve been working together for years so they’re very solid as a duo, and you can really see this in their portfolio."
Their thoughts on Conor and Roisin were "So young, and already such a conceptually strong pair. Love how they’ve taken existing and well-known platforms like Spotify and TripAdvisor and used them in a new and interesting way. The Penguin Playlist is deadly. Really, really clever; a D&AD New Blood Award. That standard at student level is exceptional."
We'd like to thank all the teams that put themselves forward and took part in the selection process and we wish Isabel, Ivona, Conor and Roisin the best of luck as they go on to compete internationally.
