DMEXCO is probably one of the most full on Digital industry events you’re ever likely to attend. Its also however, one of the most inspiring, exciting and downright useful events in the digital conference calendar.

Taking place in Cologne every year in September, DMEXCO attracts the leading global players in the digital industry and features huge dedicated spaces for advertising agencies, digital media companies, tech providers and start ups. It’s a digital conference dedicated to meeting, mingling and doing business.

In addition, the 15 conference stages provide access to some of the best global speakers in the advertising and marketing business and an excellent opportunity to stay up to date on the key topics facing the industry.

This year there was much talk about transformation...

Transformation of business in order to capitalise on the digital economy, but also transformation of the advertising industry, with the keynote speech delivered by leading marketer, Marc Pritchard from P&G.

There was also, of course, much talk about transformation through technology, with sessions and points of view on AI, Machine learning and blockchain featuring extensively throughout the two day conference agenda.

But the real benefit of DMEXCO is simply being there, engaging with leading tech and advertising players, checking out some of interesting new start ups and spending time with like minded individuals from around the world.

If you do put DMEXCO on your conference list for 2018, make sure you go with a plan, a plan to pack as many meetings and opportunities as possible into two days – you won’t regret it!
