Bloom Advertising is delighted to announce the appointment of Yvonne Caplice as Managing Partner, marking a significant and exciting new chapter for the agency. Yvonne returns to Bloom, where she previously served as Head of Client Service, bringing with her an impressive track record and deep industry expertise.
Yvonne joins Bloom from TBWA\Ireland, where she played a key leadership role as Business Director of Bolt, the agency’s in-house production studio. During her tenure, she also held the position of client services Business Director, leading award-winning and impactful campaigns for major Irish and international brands including SuperValu, Electric Ireland and Dublin Samaritans.
With over two decades of experience in advertising and brand communications, Yvonne is widely respected for her strategic thinking, creative leadership, and client-focused approach. Her return to Bloom signals a renewed commitment to delivering best-in-class creative work and fostering strong, collaborative client relationships.
