The charity that IAPI have chosen for the Young Marketers category will be revealed on Friday 16th February.
The team must be made up of two young professionals working for a client company that engages the services of advertising and communications companies.
People working in advertising agencies and freelancers CANNOT compete in the Young Marketers competition.
You must be 30 years of age or younger, born on or after 21 June 1993 and resident in Ireland.

Who can enter?
To be eligible to compete in the Young Marketers competition the team must be made up of two young professionals. You must be 30 years of age or younger, born on or after 21 June 1993 and resident in Ireland.
You should work for client companies that engage the services of advertising, PR or communications companies. People working in advertising agencies and freelancers CANNOT compete in the Young Marketers competition.
The Competition
The Young Marketers Competition champions the worlds best young client marketers.
The brief is for a non-profit organisation. When a team enters, they answer the brief as the brand they currently work for. The competition requires that you apply the brand you work for to whatever brief is on the table. So for example, last year’s team from AIB answered the brief using the AIB brand to tackle the issue.
You must submit the following as part of your entry:
- Presentation (PPX/PDF - max: 10 slides / 25MB)
Your entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- Reasonable - Are the budget and timelines realistic?
- Insightful - Does it show deep target audience understanding?
- Focused - Is it sharp and single-minded?
- Clear
- Inspirational
- Engaging
- Distinctive
Shortlisted teams will be asked to come and present to the jury.
Entry fee
There is an entry fee of €100 per team.

Midnight on Sunday 18 February
