As a Senior PM you will be the day-to-day manager of projects in your business unit. You’ll will work in a gang of equally interesting individuals, including project directors, client service, strategy, creative, and production.
This is an essential role in our growing agency and our project managers own the ‘work in progress’ on all projects passing through the business. You’ll also be working with our sibling agencies to maximise collaboration and integration opportunities.
At the heart of the project team you’ll manage projects with multiple channel deliverables, driving large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver integrated projects on time and on budget. In addition to overseeing the cycle of all project deliverables you will own the production of small-scale digital projects, from brief to final delivery.
Working closely with Resource Management, you’ll ensure projects are accurately resourced with the right talent across the agency. And you’ll keep that talent on track, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities, in advance or when things change.
Always 3 steps ahead, you’ll keep project documents up to date, identify risks, track project health and success, and keep our Finance team happy with up-to-date reporting. You’ll work hand-in-hand with client service to make certain that we are delivering the best ideas and highest quality work for our clients, and that we’re always moving our agency forward.
Importantly, you’ll be an optimist, a thinker and a do’er, a convener of people and processes, and the go-to for your team. You’ll identify issues before they become problems and be firm but fair by using your exceptional emotional intelligence at all times. No stranger to ambiguity, indecision, or rapid change, you’ll be right at home in a fast-paced agency environment.
