Vizeum has offices in 55 countries around the world. The Dublin office is location at Block 5, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin. It is the sister agency to Carat, Posterscope, Isobar and iProspect Global networks.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Business Director, you will have four core areas of responsibility:

Strategic Development: You will work with the BD to develop client overarching strategies. Within this, you will be responsible for building target audience understanding, establishing the role for media, the main challenge being faced and working up the channels needed as solution.

Managing workflow: You will be responsible for managing the workflow within the team to ensure your accounts run smoothly, with a high quality output. You will work with your team to build out media plans, identifying the channels, flighting, core ideas or partnerships needed.

Clients: You are to be the voice of the client. You will be responsible for delivering proactive solutions. You need to constantly drive the innovation agenda to give your clients market leading advantage. You will also be responsible for ensuring all client requests are delivered in a timely fashion. You are responsible for the service delivery across the team.

Managing Integration: You will be responsible for pulling in the relevant resource needed by your team to ensure you have a detailed and integrated solution for your clients. Resource includes trading, iProspect, Isobar, strategic & insight resource and outdoor specialists

Vizeum Team responsibilities

Contributing to new business presentations when the opportunity presents.

Building up relationships with media owners to understand exciting and innovative opportunities that could be applied to both Vizeum and Vizeum’s clients.

Contributing to the development and growth of Vizeum through ownership of specific assignments.

Core Skills required

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Strong command of digital

A passion for continuous learning; including developments in media, tech & digital, whilst learning about new client sectors

An ability to contribute to overall strategy development for client briefs

An ability to contribute to client/internal/media owner meetings in a confident manner

Strong presentation skills
