Effectiveness can be a very broad topic and it becomes challenging when you are working within different cultures and different boardroom expectations. This is a unique opportunity to listen to the insights, challenges and successes from two diverse clients.

Karen Hand, independent Strategic Planner, will facilitate a discussion on whether and how we can reach world-class effectiveness.

  • Is it easier to make effective work with a large or small client?
  • How can we deal with inadequate or excessive data?
  • And importantly, how are the twin goals of creativity and effectiveness related and how do we strike the right balance between both?
