Managing Director, Mindshare
Emma has been in the advertising business since 1995, starting in the sales & marketing departments in Carlton Screen Advertising. Since joining Mindshare in 2000, she has worked across planning and client service, with promotion to Managing Director in January 2011. Her experience covers many categories and advertisers, both local and international, including FMCG, alcohol, telecommunications, retail, government and financial.
Emma has an Honours Business Degree with Marketing (DCU) and a diploma in Media Studies (DIT).
Emma has been involved with IAPI since her early days in media, serving three years on IAPI’s Media Circle, as well as participating in various industry advisory committees (on alcohol and children’s advertising codes). Most recently she was involved in IAPI’s ‘Mad Women’ panel and is lending her experience to the ‘Mad World Up Close’ Mentoring Scheme.
