IAPI credentials
Each IAPI member has their own profile page on the IAPI website and diary, which can be viewed at any time. IAPI has also accredited pitch consultants that have access to a locked off area of the IAPI website which contains IAPI agency member credentials. This helps to save time and money in the pitching process.
Think Tank Forums
IAPI currently hold four “think tank” forums a year which address topics of interest. In the past forums have been held on pitching, remuneration and leading recovery in a downturn. These forums are only open to IAPI members and allow those who attend to keep up to date with the latest trends and methods available in the Irish market.
National & International recognition
One of the basic remits of the IAPI is to ensure that its members are recognised by all media owners and receive standard commission rates plus the early payment incentives negotiated by us. IAPI lobbies on behalf of members on both a national and international level. As a founder member of the ASAI, the Institute is represented on both its board and complaints committee. The Institute is a long serving member of the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA). The IAPI CEO is chairman of EACA’s National Association Council and is on the main EACA board. IAPI also works closely with the Advertisers Association of Ireland (AAI) and IBEC.
